I tried to contact you
I tried to contact you several times by email but no response. I unfortunately ordered the wrong part for my television and I have to return it. I am in Canada so I had to pay $42 CAD for customs clearance and taxes and $22 CAD to return the part which cost me $67 USD and on top of that I will be billed $22 USD which amounts to $27.27 CAD. I think this is the last time I will try to repair my television so too bad for the ecology

The package arrived with a broken circuit board inside. I reached out by phone with the number on the website several times and there was no answer. I sent 2 emails about the broken board and have not heard any feedback at all. I guess that I will eat the cost of my purchase and never buy anything from this company ever again.
