I expect when ordering used circuit boards, that I am taking a risk. Sure enough, the board they sent was defective. They earned the 5-star for responding quickly and sending another one that does work. Great customer service!

purchased used feet for a TV stand after we moved and lost old feet. The ones I recieved were very scratched, and when I installed them, the TV was uneven and leaning forward. Conditon and expectations not clearly defined, shipping costs added another 35% to the cost

TV base fit perfectly with my Philips 42PFL7422D/37 HDTV from 2007. Packaged nicely, fast shipping, shipping and item price were more than reasonable.

The board works correctly but there were two issues. 1) One of the antenna connections was tore off the wifi module so I needed to repair it at the customer's house. 2) There was information still logged into the streaming apps.

Board was packaged nicely and arrived in great condition. Was a simple swap and fixed my tv.
