The cost for the shirts were already steep, but we were ok with paying the higher cost since the warranty would/should be honored since we ordered directly through the company. But had we known it would take over a month to receive the shirts when we expected it at least a week after placing the order, we may have gone elsewhere.

Surepost can be very slow. I still rate my overall experience highly due to quality of customer service.
