I tend to lose sleep to anxiety, especially on Sunday nights before work (I’m a high school teacher!). This tea has helped me sleep more soundly. I was constantly waking up in the middle of the night and having trouble falling asleep and when I drink this tea, on the whole, I sleep through the night. And the nights that I don’t, I fall back asleep much more easily. One tiny thing to be aware of: watch the dose. If I have too much, my dreams are very vivid, and sometimes disturbing. But everyone reacts differently to the ingredients. I highly recommend this tea, it has vastly improved my sleep and therefore my life on the whole.

It is life saving! Not only as a cosmetic salve but also for helping restore damaged skin tissue and heal minor wounds, or when the skin is irritated or slightly grazed. Homeoplasmine ointment also has antiseptic properties, thanks to the presence of Calendula mother tincture. It is an excellent product!
