I truly enjoyed customer service and delivery of goods. I ordered two 20-30 MM knee highs: one black and one Chai. I have tried the light tan one first and it was fine. I liked it. I then tried the black set. I had trouble getting the black set on. I reread the folder and tried several times to follow the way I should put them on and off. This is the second day I have tried the black ones. I find it very difficult taking them off and very difficult putting them on. I believe one stocking has a tighter mesh than the other. I am hoping these wont rip from the tugging I am making to get them on and off. Both sets of stockings have the same mesh, but the tan fits and wears comfortable. The two black stockings of one pair are different in tension and I am still having trouble getting them on and off. Since my order was for the same guage for the Chai and black set, I believe something is wrong with the Black.
