One pair of stockings from my order was not in the delivery package. I called twice and later wrote an email to try to find a resolution. Someone named John emailed to ask that I photograph what arrived and my packing list, which I did. I had to follow up two additional times to get a response. John emailed to say I had to call (again) customer service. The last woman I spoke with on the phone who said she would fill the order because, as I had said again and again, it was obvious where the mistake was made. It’s too bad John must be so overworked that he cannot take the time to glance at a packing slip and simply send the missing pair of hose. Thank you to the lovely woman who looked at my file and sent the final pair from my order which I hope will arrive any day.

These socks are much easier to put on than the last pair I had, but the top elastic band tends to roll down. I've lost quite a bit of weight in the last half-year so I ordered according to my current measurements. The thigh-high socks pull up really far and are comfortable, except for the rolling. It even shows through jeans. I find myself readjusting them quite often during the day - which is really awkward for a teacher.
