The purchase part of this buying process was good and when I finally got the correct sized jacket, I ended up loving the product. I first got an XL but needed an XXL. I IMMEDIATELY returned my XL and re-ordered the XXL. It is taking Wilsons and UNREAL LONG TIME to refund my money. As of right now, I am still not refunded after about 20 days!!!!!!! This is the most absurd exchange process I have ever experienced.

Wilson Leather's was extremely easy to work with. Their multiple payment options makes things easier, shipping and delivery were very quick. I can't say anything about customer service since I do not need to return this product.
