I’ve rated a 1 star as my disappointment in the items has been further compounded by an email saying due to hygiene reasons I can’t return the tweezers. This is against the law as the items are not fit for purpose. It’s well below the standards I expect from tweezerman. Let’s hope someone who has sense reads my email as I’m taking this further.

My first package arrived at Nantwich Post Office already opened and emptied . . . I received black scrunched up tissue only. Not impressed. Received second package in a much smaller box . . . the package did not feel special at all.

Postage is overpriced but the service is good
