Ordering process was pretty straight forward. Felt received value for money spent. Shipping is becoming an issue. DHL would not be my shipper of choice. The amount of time a product sits idle waiting to be shipped to next location is counter productive.

Was excited about the reintroduction
Was excited about the reintroduction of the infinity pen that I thought was exactly like one I had enjoyed for years before it disappeared. However, it is not the same pen because the end lacks the touchscreen nib of the original, something that is obvious on the website if I had looked more closely. Still, it is a quality ball pen.
