Online ordering process went smoothly…. Until Fed Ex delivered my package to the wrong house. Completely a FedEx issue. DK’s customer support agents provided the necessary support to help me get FedEx’s crew straightened out and deliver the dress to the correct address.

This is not the shirt I ordered, you should check your system - when you click to chose brown color, the photo changes to a different style (which is the one I received), not as shown in the photo in beige color. I kept this shirt since it doesn’t bother me but I still wanted to receive the one I ordered.

The dress I ordered arrived quickly and was absolutely perfect. I love it and the price I paid. Can't wait to purchase from Donna Karan again!

Anytime I’ve ordered from this website, the clothes come triple wrapped in plastic, and folded three or four times. Not a solid shipping experience.

It took a bit too long to get my order, abotu 3 weeks
