Service is great but shoe runs narrow

It was ok - submitted a question that took way too long to answer.

I like the look but they are pretty narrow. I don’t have particularly wide feet and do not buy wide when it’s an option. Got pretty bad blisters on the first wear. Hope things change. Additionally, I ordered a size too large and they would not accept exchange and I needed to pay $10 to ship the original back.

Shipping much better and faster now. Would appreciate more email notifications on status of order before and when it ships.

The shoes are beautiful with a unique design. I really like Bass weejuns and have 4 pairs, however, this pair is sized differently and runs big. I should have sized down. Since I haven't done this for any of my other purchases I am disappointed that they fit big. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. I'm surprised at the inconsistency in sizing.

The User Interface of the website was not very good, especially in terms of the order history and shipping status tracking. It's confusing and not user friendly.

It is bit tight. I have owned many shoes from you but this is the only one where it is not comfortable for wslking too long.
