Fast shipping, great product! Easy online ordering. Only issue was, there was not an option to choose in-store pickup at checkout on the website.

Not happy that the dress was described as "baby pink" and looked pink online - but it was very much lavender. Did not get a response when I sent a message to customer service and didn't realize there was no option to return the dress for money back - -only store credit. The dress was cute but it definitely was the wrong color for a bridesmaid dress for my daughters wedding. We won't order from this boutique again.

Shipping took a long time. I paid for three day shipping and it got here in five days. The dress came in and it was extremely short. I am 5’8 and did not expect the dress to look like a T-shirt.
