I ordered a pair of boots from Amazon and ABSOLUTELY LOVED them!! Got tons of compliments and referred multiple people. 2 months in, one boot ripped along the seam and was leaking. I contacted customer support and they immediately approved my claim and sent a new pair. 10 stars for customer service and amazing product! My feet stay warm and dry and the boots are stylish and sooo comfortable.

The boot did not make through the second time I put them on. The tab tore off the back of the boot, literally tearing a chunk out of the boot. Returning these to Fleet Farm tomorrow. Would give the review zero stars if it would let me.

Defective skimmer not replaced!

I purchased the skimmers…cute shoes! But beware this company only warranties their product for ONE year even with little use and a large broken seam!! Wish I could post a picture to show the condition. What a disappointment!!!

I received a pair of Chooka boots for Christmas and after wearing for a couple of months experienced issues with one of the boots. Customer service was GREAT. After submitting the documentation they required, which I felt was very reasonable, the warrenty was honored and I received a new pair of boots. The whole process took less than 2 weeks.

I ordered a pair of shoes. So far I have not received a confirmation of where in the process of shipping my package is. I have checked my mail and spam. Of course my visa card was charged the amount. Customer service is not doing their job!

I bought two pair of chooka raincoats. On both pair there is leakage in the heal area as soon as I step in water! Very unfortunate.
