The skimmers I ordered are really cute but a tad snug. The last get size would be too large. They will be good for wet spring and summer days with no socks. I ordered 2 pairs by mistake and customer service was extremely helpful and the refund processed timely

I love their boots true to size. I had an issue with shipping and they were quick to fix it. Good people to deal with.

I am very content with my rain boots. Three pairs and they are perfect.

My boots had a small issue but customer service went above and beyond and even told me how to fix them. They are warm and comfortable (More so than the Hunter rainboots I tried). I didn't know from reading the description that they would be faux fur lined and would have preferred without so I could wear them in the summer as well, but these are going to be my go to boots this winter!

I just recently purchases a pair of light weight slippers. I was shocked when I found out they charged 9. 00 shipping for such a lightweight item. They then took almost a week to ship them,. Imagine my surprise when I received them thrown in a cheap poly bag, not protected. AND the kicker? They sent them from 40 miles away. What a complete rip off!!!!Dont care how great they may be the shipping is an absolute rip off.

Bad quality of the shoes , first pair started ripping by the third week, tried the second pair and it happened again as I showed in the picture, tried to contact the phone number in California costumer service which nobody answers only a voicemail, left a message with my number and I still waiting for someone to contact me ,not response to my email either

I received the clogs which split in the back after a few uses. I notified Chooka and they sent me out a replacement pair quickly! Thank you! Great customer service!

I love my Chooka Rainboots. I also have Chooka Cold Weather Snowboots. Both boots go on easy, without struggle. They are both cute and comfortable. I look forward to gardening with the Chooka boots as I am suseptible to poison ivy. These boots offer great protection for my feet. My Chooka snowboots are great and kept my feet dry and warm shoveling snow. My feet are happy in Chooka Boots.

I loved the look of the shoes but was highly disappointed when two pairs of the three I ordered was damaged. That’s the one disadvantage of online vs brick and mortar purchases

They took forever to deliver. I ordered them for Christmas gifts just got them. On the upside very good boots

I have worn the Chooka ballerina duck shoe for 15 years. I live on 2 acres and they are indispensable for my daily life and perfect for outdoor work. I take out the liner and wash them in the sink. Also have a pair I wear in the winter that I wear with socks to do errands. Am always complemented on them and asked where Ty get them! Better than a boot. So sorry to see them discontinued! Nothing else out there to take their place. I understand with you it’s about the bottom line but there is no substitute out there. ,
