Terrible experience. No word on when the strength training book (that was supposed to be a part of my subscription) will ship or why it's so delayed. The All Out app that was a part of my subscription wasn't made available to me until ten days after I paid for it, yet there's been no mention of making those ten days up to me in the back end. The content available to me on the app is not the same as the content sent to me via email, and yet to read the stories sent to my email I have to sign in on the web each time. This subscription is a mess. I will not be renewing. Absolutely the worst thing I've paid for this year.

No help to sign up and then hard to access the content promised in the subscription

I have not received one magazine which is what Wanted when I signed up. All I get are emails to buy other products.

Digital version is basically useless. Printed version may be fine.

Nothing extraordinary, like most other fitness apps. But there are plenty that let you input information and do the work out yourself as opposed to having to follow a video.

Terrible! I couldn't open this eBook on any of my devices. I reached out to customer support for help and/or a refund. I got no feedback. I'll never buy from you again.

Have not received the book

This app is misleading. I downloaded it and it wouldn’t work I also thought I could read back issues of the magazine…not true! After calling customer service (and hanging up because the wait time is ridiculous) and emailing multiple times), I called back again. I was told that the digital membership is ONLY to access content on the website (funny how when you buy it the emails tell you to download the app). So I had to make another purchase to actually read the magazine. I didn’t renew my subscription.

Terroble service! The product never arrived to the location , 5 weeks later still hasnt arrived. While i am no longer in the location i ordered it, i am trying to locate it and contact help service with no reply.
