The content is good, but I haven't been able to login to the app yet. After multiple emails, I just keep getting forwarded to a different email with no resolution. After I signed up, I saw the "fine print" that it takes at least 6 weeks to receive my items by mail. I will not be renewing.

Service was fine but articles are not for an older person. I'm someone that has always exercised and am in decent shape, but articles are for people much younger than me. I will pass this on to my 45-year-old daughter.

Don’t do it. Can’t access
Don’t do it. Can’t access anything on the app. Haven’t received my training guide. Zero response from customer service. I even emailed to cancel my subscription and received no response at all!

An absolute waste of money. I cancelled my renewal within hours of the initial purchase (since it was non-refundable. ) I should have listened to the reviews I had read stating how bad it was.

Customer service is terrible. Ordered premier service on 12/20 and have emailed 6x. called 4x since ordering. They can not figure out why I can’t access the app. Very disappointed. Wanted to start new year with videos from app - still don’t have access and it is 1/20/25.

I have not been able to access my account, nor have I received the two items (magazine and book) in the mail as advertised. I've emailed two times to get support and haven't heard back. Would really appreciate support to get connected and start using the app. An absolute waste so far.
