Lack of response on incorrect order received
I purchased the melting spray set with three snatch proof bands in transparent skin tone. I received three varying skin tones. Upon opening the package, I reached out to WSB about the incorrect order, however my email has gone two weeks without a response. Thankfully I have some friends that might be able to use the darker colors. Just disappointed in the customer service.

I received a used sculpted
I received a used sculpted cake liner palette, and didnāt receive the dark brown cake liner. I have emailed Shopwillbeauty and sent a message on instagram, but I have received no communication back. I am disappointed. I love their cake liners, and theyāre the only ones I like.

I didnāt expect it would
I didnāt expect it would take a month for the wig to arrive. I thought it was less than that based on the description I read as I purchased the wig. But other than that, Iām glad itās here anyway. Just wish it would come sooner
