They worked really good but not even a year after one side stopped working. I can only hear music from the right side and I have written twice to the support without getting any answer.
I was first quite happy with the sound quality and the noise cancelling options of a set of Los Angeles headphones. However, some 10 months after purchase, I realized that something was odd with the headphones a few weeks ago: two small cracks had appeared in the plastic coating under the solar power foil, which made it impossible to keep on wearing them. After contacting Urbanista support, they told me to bring it to the store of purchase, which I did, since I still was within the 1-year warranty period. In the store, however, I was informed that Urbanista would charge 40€ in case that my case was out of warranty, which would be a decision that Urbanista had to make. So folks, the one year warranty is actually a one year gambling tombola, and I'm not willing to risk it. This was my first purchase at Urbanista, and it will have been my last.
Still haven't received my order after a month and they stopped replying my e-mails. Also, if I don't give 5 stars, my review will disappear. So shady

First I had to reach out to support center why my order was not shipped 6 days after confirming it. Then they told me that it was out of stock, but I can get a refund or wait for it to be back on stock, but they can not guarantee that it would be a short period of time. So eventually they agreed to ship the same type of headphone, but in a different color. Another week passed since, and my original choice of color is back in stock and my stuff is still not even shipped yet.
I normally will not leave a bad review I always look for the good in the product, however the only thing that I found good was that the headphones were awesome for 3 weeks. I bought my head phones from verizon wireless paid over 200.00 for them. I used them for right at 3 weeks each day for about 4 to 6 hours a day they worked great. Then while in the gym one day they started to constantly cut off. I thought that I did not charge them even though they are solar charged. I charged them all night that night put them on within 15 minutes in a total different location they started again. I tried to get in touch with the company since the headphones was only a month old. I received an e-mail that I was in the que and would hear something within 24 to 48 hours it has been close to a week and have not heard anything else from the company. I was very disappointed and lost over 200.00 dollars. Also the head band began to come apart after about the 4th time wearing them. It was not the battery, I tried all the information in owners manual and even thought that it may have been my phone so I tried 2 other wireless speakers for 8 hours the speakers never cut off. I do not recommend this brand to anyone. The headphones were a disappointment to say the least. the customer service was even more a disappointment. I hope that other people has better luck with them, I hope I just got a lemon pair, either way I do not recommend this product to anyone that is planning on using them over 15 minutes.

Ich habe 2× verschiedene Ohrhörer bestellt, habe auch 2× eine Bestellbestätigung erhalten, jedoch nach 2 Tagen bekam ich die Mitteilung, dass das Produkt nicht mehr auf Lager ist , und einmal musste ich nachfragen, ob das Produkt noch geliefert wird. Warum wird das Produkt nicht vorher sichtbar aus dem Sortiment genommen, das spart Zeit und Ärger.
I purchased the earbuds Athens SKU: 35327, these came defective/faulty, I contacted the support team and I followed the instructions to get a replacement. They sent a second pair, but they were faulty too, On the 28th of November 2022 I sent a video destroying the product as I was instructed to get a refund, and today, after 8 months, I haven't got any money back. This is a public claim as they do not want to send me my reimbursement for their faulty product (in fact 2), and guess what? the product is not on their page anymore, what a coincidence. Initially they said they had problems to see my order details, then I was told they had problems with their system, and they couldn't send me the money back, reason why they asked me a Paypal acc, which I dont have, however, a friend of mine let me use his, I provided the details to Urbanista Support Center, but no money was transferred. Now after sending them so many reminders because I was being ignored, they told me that they can't give me the money back (which is my right), and they can only give me a product in return and a discount. After more than a year in all this process do you think I would be waiting without earphones? I do not want a product that will be again faulty, thanks, I want my money back. Urbanista is a total Scam, DO NOT BUY any product form them.
Is this a scam company?? I placed an order more than 2 weeks ago (money has been drawn from my account) and I received an order confirmation but then NOTHING??? I have tried to contact customer service 4 times both via email and chat but no reply. What to do??
Completely useless and a scam; charged but never sent the order. A month later it has not even be dispatched. Customer service is a joke and refuse to provide a refund with ridiculous excuses. Thieves. Avoid.
this is an amazing product!
Very disappointed. My ear buds are 2 weeks old and already the left hand bud runs out of battery after only 15 minutes use despite being on charger over night. Very doasappo8nting.
Ther was a (small) problem with the delivery but URBANISTA solved it like a BOSS. Thanks real professional. Headset is great, sound is just GOOD for the price. fits and feels like a glove and the handeling is smart. Not to thoughy and not to numb. Happy customer!

Did not receive any confirmation of the item being sent. Had to contact costumer service to know if/where it had been sent. Took a long time and I decided to make a return. Also complicated. Didn’t hear anything about it for a month. Contacted customer service. Overall a bad experience.
