I am have difficulty performing an update on my Urbanista phoenix ear pods. And now to at insult to injury the support email address is not contactable from my gmail account it will not recognise the support email address.

Had it for a year, never mishandled, never even used outside. . Now, with no reason, the speaker went scratchy, Became unusable. Bad contact or bad Bluetooth receiver? Go figure. Thanks for nothing Urbanista.

Won't connect!!

I purchased the Stockholm and they have not worked since my second use. I had them packed up due to a econstruction to my home, and never got around to reaching out, but when I did there has not been any response from this company. These are the worst earphones I have every used

Bought urbanista miami headphones for my teen daughter, who uses them daily. Sound is good, but the earpads will last for about a year. After that they start to tear along glued seams. First time they got replaced by store, now the second set is starting to tear again. Tried to contact the support hoping that it is possible to buy replacement earpads, no response. So if you want headphones for 160 euros that last for a year, go ahead and buy them.

these headphones are outstanding!!!!! there noise canceling and ambient sound features are perfect!!! stylistically they are beautiful! especially the pink color! they fit like a glove! if your are having second thoughts on buying them because dog the highish price completely agree, but buying these is an investment in your well being, not just your sound system. as a teen with anxiety the noise canceling feature helps me on tests and on most other things. I highly recommend buying these!

Overpriced and Windows 11 can't handle it much, especially when running multiple programs that use sound, no program or app on the PC. Bad and simple mobile APP. Practically only for monitoring charging via the solar panel, And noise cancellation practically doesn't work here at all. When I clap my hands in front of me, I can hear it in any mode at 80% volume (Spotify - PC). So to sum it up, you're paying a lot of money just for solar charging. Which certainly won't be very satisfactory.

I had the Urbanista Seattle and was a good product but after 11 months the material in the earpads started to fell off. I send an email to the brand and they say there was no spare parts to replace them. So I decided to give it another chance and bought the Miami headphones. To no surprise, the same fate happened to this headphones. Its been 11 months and they started to rip off. Again there is no way to buy a replacement. Come on guys you could do better. The quality of the sound is great but you have to improve in the materials. They arent expensive but also not cheap so I expect better quality for what Im paying for.

I bought the Urbanista Miami headphones in 2023 and was initially very happy with them. However, after less than a year, the ear pads started to wear out and discolor. I reached out to Urbanista in August 2024, expecting to find a simple replacement solution, but I was told that spare parts were not available. Now, months later, I still can't use my headphones because Urbanista does not offer replacement ear pads. It’s incredibly frustrating to buy a premium product only to have it become unusable due to something as basic as worn-out ear pads. Headphones at this price point should have spare parts available! I really hope Urbanista improves its customer support and product longevity. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend their products to anyone who expects durability and after-sales support.

I bought Palo Alto, everything is good. Nice design, Loved it. What I don't like is software. The software is not useful. Need to improve a lot. Please work on the application of earphone too.

hola, lo malo de esta marca es que no tienen repuestos (almohadillas), he buscado por todas partes y no he encontrado en ninguna parte, ni la propia marca los tiene, los audífonos quedaron inservibles (urbanista miami). COMO PUEDEN SOLUCIONARLO, SIN QUE TENGA QUE COMPRAR UNOS ALDIFONOS NUEVOS.

I bought Urbanista earbuds from an airport. I had forgotten mine and though these would do the job while I was travelling for work. Unfortunately, the right earbud never worked, there is a static noise that comes out of them but nothing else. I have contacted Urbanista Support via email three times and no one has returned my email to advise how I can return or at least exchange this product. I can't return to the airport. Their customer service response tells me that they do not believe in their product and would rather make the quick (yet defective) sale, than honoring a customer's purchase. Very poor way of doing business. WSill never purchase or recommend Urbanista to anyone.

I don't use them daily, only the days that I work at home (3 days per week). They remain at a stand and I have taken good care of them, but they look like if they have years and years of extensive use. I will never buy this brand again.
