I purchased the Scott Froschauer Street Sign INNERSTATE NOW Maquette 8" × 1 only to discover that the item was not signed as listed in the website. I then had to contact your online store in order to obtain a return label, after finding out that there were no signed items available & had to go through the hassle of returning the item. I am now waiting for my full refund. Fortunately, the customer rep was responsive & able to provide label in a timely fashion. I will be much more reluctant to purchase another “signed” item in the future.

Great products but never use UPS again one of my parcel got Held back in Germany…and never received it! Although I contacted you,ups here They wanted ups local in the US to contact ups here in Switzerland…but nothing happened
