Super helpful with getting boots sent out under warranty

Daughter bought me a pair of water Boots for my birthday. I wore them maybe 20 times and not very long. They started to tear. I loved them at first but now I'm very disappointed in the product

Beautifully crafted shoes! Now I have sizes 8&7 in 3 different styles (sale) and still need a 7.5! Aaaagh. Normally I wear 71/2 or 8 depending on shoe. I’m able to wear a couple pairs with adjustments like socks/no socks but…..really not good fits sorry to say.

Having trouble returning

Ordered Chelsea boots off Amazon. Left boot had defects. Customer service was quick to help resolve the issue. Excellent company to work with. Will definitely buy from again :)

boots were sized incorrectly. They ran very large. Had to be returned.

Shipping was fast, the boots are comfortable but takes me so long to put on because it’s so tight to get your foot in. You can’t just slide them on. It’s annoying to have to jam my foot it and try to pull on the back to get it up because if how tight it is. The original design didn’t do this. I don’t understand.

Ok made rain boot arch too noticeable though. Can’t support a site though when they support abortion, so will not be back.
