Actually, I had a great experience with the customer service rep, (CSR) Sarah. After my contact with the CSR, I started receiving R. Blank's emails regarding my CSR experience and other products of interest. In other words, keeping me abreast of SYB products. I don't mind receiving updates every now and then. But, I dread being inundated with advertisements, or any kind. An announcement, from a vendor that I purchased items in the past, regarding sales, discounts, or a "new" products is okay.

The site is very good. I like the way basic customer information is entered when ordering such as address and phone number, I had a little difficulty finding a video I wanted to see on one of the devices I ended up purchasing. I sent in a few basic questions through the automatic assistant but have not yet received a response.

I initially received the wrong color pouch but SYB quickly replaced it with the correct color. Very easy and pleasant to deal with.

I cannot recommend this course highly enough. It is worth its weight in gold.
