I use the wrist protection all the time except working out, and I've decided to keep track of nighttime sleep as well. The headphones often fall out, slightly cumbersome but perfect quality sound and quality cord. I like the phone case has an optoin to hook onto a belt, but wished there was a phone case option instead. I'm finding it difficult to fully utilize due to constantly having to pull it out, but I keep on trying other ways of using it. Just changing up habits here! All good quality products.
