Bought these wipers to replace my stock ones and they didnt even last a year. Got them to help remove bugs and mud. They hardly even cleaned the windshield. Better off buying some from walmart for way cheaper.

I dealt with Angela Whitham She was very prompt with returning my email and finding the parts I needed. She is very verse in the product, more companies need people like her.

I installed the blades, process was easy. Windshield has some crust and bird stuff that normally would have taken a gas station scrub or carwash. Ran the wiper fluid and the blades passed over the windshield a few times and almost completely removed everything. So far so good ill definitely continue to use this product!
