Beautiful rugs; just as I’d hoped. This was my second time ordering rugs from Safavieh; and they have been used heavily for over 5 years and still look great. Easy return of one rug that I exchanged for another; and second one fit an odd space perfectly. Will definitely order again!

Delivery date miss with no explanation
The delivery date given to me was July 17th. The first delivery time was 3:00, and then it was changed to a later time on the 17th. And then it was changed to end of day. Today is the 20th and I have not received my area rug nor have I received any further updates from FedEx as to the delivery time and date. Please don't charge my credit card until I confirm delivery of my area rug.
