Product is great but customer support non existent. Sold next day delivery but did not arrive in expected time frame. Requested a refund and was ignored by the company.

I bought 130 ml of the oil, which states it covers 5 square meters. In reality, it only covered 2 square meters, costing me £30, and I didn’t even get a full coat on one chair. I called and emailed the company, but they said I applied it incorrectly, which I didn’t, as I do this professionally.

Rubio arrived the day after ordering. Great product but very expensive. Only use on very special projects.

Amazing product. I was able to remove an old red wine stain and a large semicircular stain left after placing a wet baking tray on my oak table. The stains vanished before my eyes within 5mins after applying the Tannin Remover. Now my table looks like new again. I’m delighted.

Your rep left us a sample product to use with a demonstration of how to apply the product with the two sample pads. We applied by this method shown by him which apparently was the incorrect method. He then tried to tell me how it wasn’t him who showed our team this way or came to see us. Although I have his business card and he was our point of contact he has taken no accountability for how we have used your product after showing our team and leaving us a sample pack to try. Personally I don’t think we will be using again. This has cost us lots of time and money!

Black precolour & charcoal topcoat worked well. Black pre-colour & 2C white topcoat was disappointing. The white hardly provided any contrast, more of a light tinge. Unsure why

Poor quality finish compared to three coats of UV stabilised Osmo. Not good enough for garden furniture.
