Robin was FANTASTIC, very helpful. I was surprised that the shell holder extensions weren't sent for free. Years ago rcbs always responded to mishaps in a superior way. I also was dismayed that the new owners no longer give a discount to Federal Cartridge employees. I'm a loyal customer in that I bought my 1st press in 1972!!! I currently have the capability to load 35 different cartridges, ALL on rcbs equipment. Love your product line but without the employee incentive maybe I can be open to Hornady or Lyman. I am currently an NRA hand loading instructor and have the ability to steer new customers your way. Just saying!!!

RCBS has what I believe to be the best customer service. If you call you talk to a person. I’ve had them change up orders, add to orders, talk me through technical info. Same with email. It may take them a day to get back with me but they always get back to me. I really appreciate the customer service. Makes me confident in buying RCBS
