Your communication could be a little better. I was never given an estimated ship date and could never get anyone on the phone after waiting on hold for 20-30 minutes, three different times. The rest of my experience ordering directly from RCBS was great.

The amount of money that you charge for shipping for things that you could just easily slip into a small envelope like what they normally come in and we’re having to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get something deters me from ordering things that I can’t find anywhere else. But with that said you merchandise is of very good quality.

Everything is great coming from RCBS Only issue is I ordered a 223 die set with that match master seater die and it did not come with the extended shell holder like my 300 blackout set did
