Easy online ordering and great communication about when the purchase would arrive. I had questions about the product before I purchased and they were answered promptly. I waited a week or so to replace the old filter with the new one because I thought it would be an involved process, but it was quick and easy. The instructions were very simple to follow.

A pillow that works for my broad shoulders and supports my neck, as a side sleeper. I actually ended up taking some latex out to make it a tad thinner.

If you need a firm pillow, this is for you. I found it stays pretty firm despite removing some of the buckwheat. It's also heavy which I don't mind but may be an issue for some. Just a bit firm for me.

I have been putting off contacting u, today I took another load of buckweat husk out of my pillow. I have a 2 gallon bag 3/4 full of hucks. I am trying to make it a pillow that I love, so far, I have a stiff neck, sore hip and a knee that needs a pillow under it for relief at night. I am a side sleeper and I don't know if this pillow is right for me. I will not return my pillow, I will get use to it and I will end up loving it. Thanks for letting me vent...

I have been looking for the holy grail of pillows for years and I always fell short. I mean I’ve tried them all. I am Goldilocks when it comes to pillows, always finding pillows either too hard or too soft or too high or too flat. Well the search is over! This pillow is soft but supportive. I can’t believe it! I bought the soft because I wasn’t quite sure. It is wonderful but I might get the medium next time just for a little additional height. But that will be next time. Right now I am in love with how this pillow is so soft and like how I imagine a cloud would feel but also holds my head perfectly all night. no more neck pain!
