Quick service and easy to use website

I’ve been using Neilmed products for years because I have sinusitis. My doctor recommended it. The sinus rinse makes all the difference in how I feel every day. I’m so thankful for the relief I get. I told a friend about it and she now uses their products too. She thanked me for the relief she is getting as well.

Last month we took advantage of an offer for Sinus Rinse Packets that saved us a lot. Delivery only took 3 days. However, the order was incomplete. I contacted NeilMed and spoke with Customer Service Rep Manju who easily arranged to have the missing item sent to me. That delivery was quick, too. I don't think I've ever seen such quick response and service! EVER! Thanks Manju! And a BIG THANK YOU to NeilMed!!!

Exactly what I was looking for. The added drying stand is nice.

NeilMed messed up my order, took weeks to ship. I called NeilMed then the wrong items came. NeilMed can’t make a profit if incompetent.
