The HydroPulse is a good idea, shoddily executed. Once we had been using it for a few weeks, water started running out the bottom. Now the electronic control panel has gone out. I've been in touch with customer service, and they asked me for the lot number from the box, which of course we did not have, and the expiration date, which of course an appliance does not have. And then, radio silence. Shoddy product, poor customer service. Do not recommend.

The NeilMed Sinus Rinse performs as advertised. I have used the product for two years, and appreciate easier breathing and less sneezing after use. I do prefer the more-gentle squeeze bottle to the higher-pressure NeilMed HydroPulse product.
