NeilMed messed up my order, took weeks to ship. I called NeilMed then the wrong items came. NeilMed can’t make a profit if incompetent.

I placed my order on Nov 27, 2025. Today is Dec 15, 2025 and the items dont arrive.

Customer service phone support could have been more helpful. I placed my order during the Black Friday sale. I had put my items in the cart, but the code wasn't coming up in the payment screen. Instead of the support person telling me the code while I was on the phone with him, he said to just log into the site and the code would be there! I ended up emptying my cart and starting all over again. Why he couldn't just give me the code to type in and finish my order I don't know.
