The NeilMed Sinus Rinse performs as advertised. I have used the product for two years, and appreciate easier breathing and less sneezing after use. I do prefer the more-gentle squeeze bottle to the higher-pressure NeilMed HydroPulse product.

NeilMed Sinus Rinse has helped my nasal feel moist and comfortable during this dry and humid weather.

Your shipping is terrible. The delivery sit for 4 days in one facility. I ordered over a week in advance and it arrived after I left. I will be looking for alternatives.

I wouldn’t buy anything from them. I was billed $12 in my order confirmation and my credit card was debited $19. Terrible fraud!!! No response to my multiple emails.
