Customer service phone support could have been more helpful. I placed my order during the Black Friday sale. I had put my items in the cart, but the code wasn't coming up in the payment screen. Instead of the support person telling me the code while I was on the phone with him, he said to just log into the site and the code would be there! I ended up emptying my cart and starting all over again. Why he couldn't just give me the code to type in and finish my order I don't know.

I have been using the Neil Med sinus rinse for about 5 years now. I start using it as soon as I get any sinus issue and use it regularly during the winter to prevent any issues
