So far so good. I've only had a pond for a couple of years. It was kind of swampy when we purchased the property. I've made a priority of making it into a healthy and sustainable swimming pond. I initially purchased most of my pond supplies from another vendor. Gradually, I've moved over to natural waterscapes, mainly because the customer service is very good.

Ducks on my pond really like the food. I have to ration it so they'll continue to forage on their own.

Every single product I have purchased for my pond has been outstanding and they all do what they say they will!! Highly recommend this company.

Great help with a lake that was going bad. I thought copper sulfate would cure most of my problems. It did not. I highly recommend the water test report to determine what your problems are. Alana did a great job it setting up our management program. Just started it this week and will follow up with the progress.

This company has great support. I ordered plants from them with 2 day shipping however after 6 days had not received them. I went to the warehouse they were shipping out of and found out they were damaged and not sure how to deliver them. I took them and transplanted them they did not look great. I called them to let them know that some of the plants might not make it and ask if i could get just a few extra plants to replace some that were damaged. To my surprise they shipped me a another complet order Thank you Tommy Vaughn Awesome service

Water testing was a real eye opener. They found that we had cyanobacteria in our pond, and since our dog loves swimming in the water, they helped getting rid of that right away
