Moksha's Product Quality is Great! Best of the Best Oil, I think !!

I have ordered Pomegranate seed oil but received Hibiscus and honey fragrance oil. I have written this to moksha via email. No reply yet.

It would have been better if it was kept Raw Virgin unfiltered instead of deodrized. I have not given 5 stars for that ; but it is still good. I hope they understand and improve

The package was nicely packed, with care given to ensure the products remain undamaged during shipping. I appreciate the easy to navigate website, mentioning adequate details of each product. But one complaint i would raise is with regrads to customer service post order payment. I didn't receive promptly order confirmation and other relevant order details. I had to mail the customer service twice to receive my order details. Customer service in thia regard can be improved to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Moksha Lifestyle is an outstanding supplier and manufacturer of essential oils, fragrance oils, oils, clays, butters, and hydrosols. While their products are pricier than some others, the superior quality makes them well worth the cost. Shipping is always efficient and timely, and their customer service is highly responsive, though rarely needed. I hope they expand their offerings to include other ingredients used in soap and bodycare formulations, such as sodium hydroxide, cetyl alcohol, preservatives, esters etc. As a hobbyist formulator & creator of bath & skincare products, that my family & friends love, Moksha Lifestyle is a brand I trust and regularly use.
