Superb quality

Dear Moksha, I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order for raspberry seed oil. My primary concern is regarding the delivery. Upon receiving the oil, I found the bottle to be excessively hot, far exceeding both my body temperature and the ambient room temperature. As you are aware, raspberry seed oil is highly susceptible to degradation from direct sunlight and high heat. The heat of the bottle strongly indicates it was exposed to very high temperatures during transit. Furthermore, it took four days for the oil to be delivered after I received the initial delivery notification. The courier cited a motorcycle breakdown as the reason for the delay. This prolonged transit time, combined with the improper storage conditions, suggests that even if Moksha dispatches fresh oil, its quality is highly likely to be compromised en route. This issue directly impacts the freshness and efficacy of your products upon arrival, and I strongly recommend discontinuing the use of this particular delivery service. Additionally, I found the bottle design to be inconvenient. The current structure makes it difficult to dispense the liquid, and I believe modifying the inner cap would significantly improve its user-friendliness. Customers who purchase products like raspberry seed oil often do so after careful research into their freshness and beneficial properties. I sincerely hope Moksha will address these delivery and packaging concerns to consistently meet customer expectations.
