I ordered various fragrance oil. . for candle. . ex vanila, jasmine, american lavandar, sandal wood, frankincense frankpani, rose. . . Only jasmine and vanilla is worked for our candke . And the rest is all useless

I have ordered Pomegranate seed oil but received Hibiscus and honey fragrance oil. I have written this to moksha via email. No reply yet.

It would have been better if it was kept Raw Virgin unfiltered instead of deodrized. I have not given 5 stars for that ; but it is still good. I hope they understand and improve

The package was nicely packed, with care given to ensure the products remain undamaged during shipping. I appreciate the easy to navigate website, mentioning adequate details of each product. But one complaint i would raise is with regrads to customer service post order payment. I didn't receive promptly order confirmation and other relevant order details. I had to mail the customer service twice to receive my order details. Customer service in thia regard can be improved to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
