Just didn't work
I joined up, paid for MVP but couldnt get the App to work on my phone, couldn't seem to access content, just kept getting logged out and asked "to join MVP" when I already had joined it! Unpleasant and useless experience. Glitchy and unreliable.

Problem
I keep getting offers for MVP despite signing up and I don’t see that it’s automatic that I have access. Once I pay for MVP Premium why isn’t there a clear and specific website for that once I sign in? Makes me feel like I’m paying but maybe not getting it.

There’s no app for easy navigation
They need an app that allows you to access the content easily. Their app only lets you view the magazine. I have had technical issues and can’t even view the magazine. I’ve emailed customer service multiple times and they have never responded.

The advertisements are overwhelming, annoying, ridiculous, unacceptable and completely stupid. Especially when I am paying for a subscription for information. I didn't purchase a subscription to get ads! Sometimes, you can't even find the articles through all the stupid ads!!
