Way too much content reserved for “VIP premium” subscriptions… which doesn’t make me feel like a VIP.

This would be higher if I could access all the content from a dedicated app not a web page. It makes quick access impossible.

The fitness and health sections are good and my main focus. If a membership is purchased there should be less ads. The amount of ads that bombard each page is mind numbing. The website could also use a makeover. It’s too cluttered with ads and multiple spots to “join. ” Why have that if you are already a member?

Good content but membership itself sucks. Constantly being redirected to start MVP membership even though I already have one. Can't sign into app. Emailed support for help and got nothing.

Horrible. I purchased a MVP membership and still don’t have full access to any content. It’s been almost two months. No magazine or online content AT ALL! I’ve reached out twice. At this point I’m considering asking for a refund.

Have not received my magazines

Often when I try to access premium material, it sends me to the subscription page and I can't get what I need. Also have not yet received a printed copy of the magazine
