Magnolia responded right away that they received my order, they shipped out 2 days later. I had it at my door 3 days after that. Also, while I waiting for the courier I was shopping on the Magnolia website and found my Duvet I ordered was now on sale and they credited my card the difference no questions asked. Fantastic customer service! Needed to return an item because I chose the incorrect size when we were in Waco. They sent a replacement item while were on the phone!
