I love the shoes. Unfortunately you USA team is highly inept. I rented a pair to try the size and returned them for a smaller size. My deposit of hundreds of dollars wasn’t returned. I tried emailing but got no response and the phone number went to a message. Finally I got an email response weeks later and my payments for the first pair was refunded. However my fee for the second pair was not refunded even though I bought a pair, as per the deal, because they said they had no record of the shoe being returned even though I used the shipping label they provided. All in all a very frustrating experience. I even sent a copy of my email complaint to your corporate headquarters. You make great shoes but your company is an embarrassment, thus the one star.

Very poor service. This company will not refund my payment for the boots with the cracked sole that I sent back! Horrible customer service!!!!!!

My feet would throb at the end of my 12-14 hour days of work and family activities. I bought a pair of these shoes and have wore them for almost a full year. My feet have not throbbed since the second or third day of wearing them.

My shoes were returned and received 4 weeks ago and I have still not received a refund to my credit card. Not sure why it's taking so long. Have sent an inquiry email, but no response yet.

We love the comfort of our Kybun boots!! The only downside we have had is that they wear out within a year or less. We are plumbers so with that being said that could be the issue with wear and tear. I have never had a more comfortable footwear!!

I paid a rental fee to try out a pair of shoes. They were too large so I exchanged them for a smaller size. I returned those as well but have not received a refund of the rental fee. You shoes are great but your customer support is the worst I have ever experienced. The listed phone number is never answered.

My order NEVER ARRIVED When I contacted customer service, they said too bad So sad. And this was after multiple attempts to try to contact customer service. It’s very difficult to get a hold of them. They told me I had to track down the package that they never sent They said they would not assist me in trying to find the package. They refused to refund my money

Again never can reach a live agent. How about reaching out when my refund is complete.

Since I had never worn Kybun shoes, I estimated size and had to return one pair. It was a challenge for me to negotiate the exchange. Aside from that, I had a very positive experience. The sneakers look good and wear very comfortably.
