I love you guys and just wish the shipping cost was a bit lower

I swear by King Arthur. It's products are worth extra price for a making by own bread which I have been doing for many years with them.

I've turned to King Arthur for a bunch of baking supply needs and they have always provided excellent service and I've never gotten a bad product. My only complaint is their catalog has too many marvelous things and I want them all.

I can always find my baking supplies and the baking tools I need. Plus, I love their recipes, a go to source for me.

The sourdough starter was fine. I do not recommend the container. It cracked and started leaking after two dishwasher cycles.

My Gluten Free Sourdough starter and bread finally turned out once I use King Arthur GF Bread Flour.

King Arthur Flour is always quick and accurate when shipping items.

Great concept for hands off starter maintenance. However, machine can’t adjust for environmental for variation so you will still have to watch the sourdough and manually adjust if it gets too overly hydrated or under hydrated which does happen

I like King Arthur flours for making bread.
