I recently found King Arthur flour in the store which led me to your website and your products. I just love them. I also downloaded one of you baking classes for Christmas. I watched it but haven't tried doing it myself yet. But with the step by step instructions I can't wait to try it. You make it look so easy.

I didn't have any questions, so I ordered online, which was very easy. My items were shipped quickly and arrived in a timely fashion.

All good. Found my items in December and the company filled the order quickly and I received them with regular shipping well before the holiday. Oddly, I received two boxed product sets and the third set was unboxed and loose individual pieces. One set was for me so I didn't have a problem with it. I appreciated that they did their best to fill my order at a demanding time.
