I really liked purchasing this ‘lame’ through King Arthur. One: Sure you can get this elsewhere but why. Two: Price is about the same as anywhere else. Three: Shipping was quick. Four: The shared feeling of getting something from a company that gets baking. Five: You get a King Arthur catalog which I had no idea that they offered so much more than the flour we get off of the store shelves. Pretty cool!

The order was processed quickly. I love the whole set for my baking supplies and I have a container for both GF and regular unbleached KA flour. The only kind that I like.
