I Purchased two pairs of jazz shoes and was never notified that one pair was out of stock/backorderes. I had to call for them to even tell me that it would not be in any time soon. I had to scramble to try to find the right shoes and unfortunately was not able to. If I would have know right away that the item was backordered I would have never purchased and gone somewhere else.

Beautiful leotard, high quality, fits true to size.

There was a mark on the shoe when I bought it, and I sent a picture to show this. I was asked to return it to get a new one, but because I needed it for my daughter’s dance competition and the return and replacement would have taken too long, I decided to keep it.
