Good quality slippers, but customer support is hard to reach—especially frustrating if you need to exchange sizes like I did. Return shipping cost me over $19. The price has more than doubled since I last bought from them, which I get is partly inflation, but still steep. Worth it if you can find them on sale. At full price, it feels like the cost reflects more than just the product - maybe the challenges of keeping a small company going.

They arrived quite fast and they are perfect for every activity from walking in the park to going on errands such as shopping! They are perfect for going out on errands in the rain or showers because it doesn’t matter weather they get wet or not!

These ran a little wide for me but still love them

At one location on the site, i see that if my choice is in stock, it will be shipped, and if it is not in stock, then it will be made and shipped in 2-3 weeks. However, for the Nylon Deck shoes, i pick my size and then attempt to pick shoes, and i'm told it can't be added to the cart because there's not enough inventory in stock In the case of the Nylon Outdoor, it allows me to pick my size, pick my color, add my coupon, show me the price … but when i hit "Checkout", i get a message "there is not enough inventory of one of your items: Nylon Outdoor" and refuses to allow me to complete the checkout in any fashion. I have found this extremely frustrating … a waste of my time, especially given that i tried this in a couple of different browsers, and on my phone and on my laptop, with the same results in all cases.

Shipping was quick considering I live on the East Coast, I pleased and surprised how fast they arrived.

Not sure if you're asking for a review of the website, or the slippers I just bought, so I'll only mention that I was disappointed that the sole of theslippers is very different from the previous two pairs. My old outdoor nylons had a flat-bottomed sole which molded over time to fit my feet perfectly, and the new model has a sole with a protruding bump under the arches,- a very different walking experience. I've worn them in the kitchen for a few minutes, and then quit trying,- that protrusion really catches. The upwards pressure under the arches, which I do not believe supports strong arches, is annoying,- so I was disappointed that the website photos do not display the shape of the sole.
