The folks at Island Slippers are super helpful and accommodating. They, were able to provide me with a different size strap vs the base of the shoe so it would fit me perfectly!

I returned my order and was refunded. Island Slipper keeps raising prices on slippers that are of lower quality. Very disappointed.
