Seen a little change but has only been a week

Great service with good communication and prompt delivery of the pop-up sprinklers at a good price with the discount offered.

While the part I purchased was not in stock, I appreciate the effort which was made to accommodate my needs

When I ordered there was nothing on your website that indicated the items I had were out of stock. I received an email later that this was the case and would be a couple of weeks. I now get this email asking how my experience was but I have not been notified that my order is ready so its a bit premature.

Contacted on 24 Jan about a failing product, requested return label. Contacted again 3 Feb to follow up and sent email 4Feb. Still no communication by 13 Feb. At a loss as to how to get a simple return processed for a faulty product.
