Shipping prices are crazy expensive (it doesn’t cost $15 to ship a card). Customer service was able to fix the gift card error (wrong code).

Again, I purchased two vs three of these because you charge shipping for a card with a code on it wrapped in plastic. Why?! Just email me the code to be added to an account. Saves you money, saves me money, saves the environment, saves your reputation.
