Mentioned this in the review of the bra, and should have just Put it here. I have tried communicating via telephone and chat without success to try to exchange my essential bra to a different size as it ran quite small. I have also gotten no response to the email I sent either, except to acknowledge the receipt of it on December 14. Here is my case number 21438388. Maybe someone reading this could reach out to me?
