The water came ice cold. We’re all the way up in the UP so I’m very happy

I have not received this order. I have reached out to customer service twice over a few weeks and never received a response.

Unfortunately, there are two issues with my order: 1. When the box arrived, all of the bottles were wet. We were unable to place them in the refrigerator and instead had to keep them in the sink. 2. The coconut water itself does not look right. I am very familiar with your product and know it typically has a pink hue. The bottles in this case are completely clear, which makes me uncomfortable consuming them. On top of this it has been several days since I reached out to costumer support and have still not heard back on how they can correct this.
