Why water are not pink . . ?

Although it wasn’t pink like I like it and how it usually comes, but it was still delicious.

The coconut water delivered to me has barely any coconut flavor. It tastes like regular water. The ones that I used to buy at Costco are so tasty. Very very disappointed
