I don't know why the issues are not sent out in a timely manner. I'm still waiting for mine to arrive. The online version seems to be more about marketing product than anything else, so that's disappointing. Hoping this time around I get a chance to be a tester, but not going to hold my breath. I am looking forward to having the actual issue in hand, eventually
